Do you offer Hand-Delivery?
No. We don't. We use Aus Post for shipment of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We are pleased to offer international shipping to New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom. While we understand that international shipping fees can be costly, these rates are set by the carriers and are beyond our control.
Please note: Our Free Shipping offer applies to Australian orders only and does not extend to international purchases.

When will I receive my order?
This depends on where you are located. Once your order is package up and shipped, it usually takes 5-10 business days to be delivered to customers within Australia. Please see our Shipping page for more details.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final, and cancellations are not accepted. Items purchased in error cannot be exchanged.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, returns and refunds may be considered in specific cases, such as if you have received the incorrect product.
