Order Processing Time

At The Wild Cauldron, we strive to prepare and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of purchase.

During peak periods, processing times may take slightly longer. If you have any concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us via email.

🔮 Custom Orders: These require additional time to craft, assemble, and prepare for shipment. Each custom product listing should include an estimated processing timeframe.

🚨 WARNING

Double-Check Your Postal Address

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct before placing your order. We will not offer refunds for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

If an incorrect address is provided and your parcel is sent to the wrong location, we may not be able to assist in locating it or support you with enquiries made to Australia Post. If the parcel is returned to us, you will need to repay shipping costs before we can resend it.

If Australia Post deems the issue a customer error and the unintended recipient does not return the parcel, you may not recover your order and will need to place a new one.

If you realise an error after placing your order, contact Australia Post immediately on 13 13 18. They may be able to intercept or redirect the parcel if it hasn’t been delivered. You can also lodge a redirection or enquiry on their website. If the incorrect address is nearby, you might consider leaving a note in their mailbox to request the parcel’s return.

Who do we ship with?
We use Australia Post for all parcels, with shipping rates calculated based on package weight. Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days (Australia Wide).

Please note: weather conditions, public holidays, or external delays may impact shipping times.

Where do we ship to? 
We ship Australia-wide.
And we now ship internationally to: NZ, USA, UK and Canada. 

International Shipping:

If you are ordering from outside Australia, please allow around 2 to 4 weeks for your parcel to arrive. It may take longer during busy periods like Christmas and other holidays, or if there are major weather or natural events that affect postage.

Each country has its own customs rules. Any customs fees, import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. The Wild Cauldron cannot cover, predict or refund these charges.

Once your order has been lodged with the Post, we are not able to change the shipping address, so please take a moment to double check your details before you checkout.

If your parcel cannot be delivered because customs fees were not paid, the address was incorrect, or delivery has been attempted several times without success, it may be returned to us.

If we need to resend or redirect a parcel due to any of the above, any additional shipping costs will be charged to the receiver. The Wild Cauldron is not responsible for any costs involved in sending the parcel back to you.

All Australian orders come with tracking and up to $100 compensation for loss or damage during shipping. For orders over $100, we provide free extra cover to ensure your parcel is fully protected.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Total weight of items
  • Shipping destination

Free Shipping for all orders over $150 (This amount may change at our discretion).
Please note: that our Free Shipping offer is available to Australian customers only and does not apply to international orders.


Heat-Sensitive Products (Soy Candles & Wax-Based Items)

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for melted products.

Soy wax is a soft wax that begins to melt at 26°C, which can be easily reached during shipping in warm weather. While we use bubble wrap for protection, our shipping boxes are not insulated, meaning we cannot guarantee that wax-based products will arrive unmelted during extreme heat.

If you’re ordering candles or other heat-sensitive products during summer, we recommend:

  • Choosing express shipping (if available)
  • Ordering in cooler months where possible
